I could CLEARLY see that he was firing into the air from the Pig's body cam. He was there in real time. He can't even begin to claim that this man was threatening any life at the scene.
He didn't feel the need to take cover or anything...he just fired through that fence at where he could clearly see where the rounds were being fired from and that means he KNEW that Brotha was firing into the air.
At the start of the vid. The officer knew what was going on by his initial radio report. However the idiot wanted to continue to be a danger. The cop was reckless shooting in area unseen.

What many folks in the hood don't know is that across this country in 'only' predominately Black areas, police have a system called shot spotter. Fire ya gun, they come to your door. Thats probably what happened in this case.

It's a simple fucking job that is 99 percent common sense, not being scary, and having restraint. My brother's wife's car was also damaged by a New Years Eve Round. So shooting up in the air is not cool in my opinion.
