How do I view the windows folder on my pocket pc when it's connected to my computer?
Also I'm getting an error message that says my storage space is low so I wanted to delete some of the files in the windows folder on my phone but I can't because they're checked as a system file and I can't uncheck this box so how do I delete these files?

What type of device do you have? How much memory does it have? What apps are on the device? Maybe something can be moved to the storage card. You dont want to mess around with the Windows folder.
Thru the syncing app (Windows Media Device Center or ActiveSync). You can explore all the folders on your device when connected. Its an additional drive. While connected, go to My Computer, find your device and explore it. I suggest doing a backup before you remove anything.
In addidtion to what Tim Rock said, I would also recommend you head on over to two places:

find your device on the wiki and learn how to unlock the Ext Rom on your phone..once you do that ....delete the file on your ext rom(back them up 1st) and then you will have at least 9mb of addtional onboard storage space....oh and buy a bigger flash card they are pretty cheap now...just picked up an 8gb microsd for $51

I have an att tilt,I think it's 125mb. I have a 2gb memory card.
There's songs in the windows folder that I know I don't need and I want to delete and I tried to use resco file explorer to delete these and I got a message saying these files are in the extended rom and can't be deleted.
You should never store music on your device it self. My suggestion to you is, since you cant delete the music on the device, do a hard reset. I hope that you have a backup program on your device. If not, download spb backup, backup the device, hard reset. After the hard reset. Go to the file explorer (since resco wont be there anymore), and find the back up file. Do a restore, but dont restore everything, just your PIM information (so you wont have to do this later). Then, begin to put your apps back on the device. large apps, music, docs, pics, etc., IMO, should be stored on the memory card. Good luck.
no offense ...bad advice...a hard reset is not neccessary....just delete those songs on the (locked)stock ROM ..i was able to delete them with no issues using resco explorer..or uses Total commander
