once again...netflix is not dependent on you being connected to psn. All you need is a working internet connection on your ps3. Keep trying to log in or just cancel the log in screen each time till it let's you on netflix. The shit was working the whole time psn was out and has never stopped working. If it's not working for you then it's operator error.

And you can stream netflix & "icefilms" which lets you watch current movies that are in theaters [R5,DVDRIP,SCR, 720p] all the movies on icefilms are hosted on megaupload , you will be streaming not downloading

based on this post i turned on my ps3. PSN is up, Netflix is up, after I finish watching this ep of Archer i'm jumping on socom 4.

My brother is not a gamer so he wont trade in his non bc 80gb for an xbox, he too hates ms and isn't a gamer so another console isn't the answer, i'm currently looking for a deal for him to get an apple tv. the 80gb he has is actually a spare I had I gave him. He will only miss the blu ray's from netflix but he can save a dollar by cutting that out when he gets his appletv.

I know they said it would be down while they restore the store. If you were already signed in you could stay on, but couldn't sign in. Netflix was never down because it just uses the internet. Just push pass the log in screens and it will come up.

with a roku , you download the movie first with your computer,then you can stream to the roku or have a hardrive connected to the roku


on the apple tv all you do is just stream the movie without turning the Pc on or downloading the movie
