Nah the chick is fat, if she was a man some weightlifting with WEIGHT would be ok because men build muscle faster and lifting WEIGHT can be a form of cardio but as a woman her playing around with 5 or 10 pounds isn’t gonna do anything for her at the beginning. She needs to work on burning that fat with exercises that’s gonna get that heart pumping and make her sweat. She does that, eat right and when she loses some of that weight then she can move onto those type of muscle building weights
