People who were chatting a few nights ago know what this is about... I still say No they are not gay/metro. Bill Bellamy looks so sexy in this get up and I don't even think he's cute. Yes or no?

True. But what do you think about the topic :)

I aint going to comment on the appeal of another man. But I have about 3 pink shirts...& yes a pink sweater too.

The AKA's at my job always comment favorably when I wear either.

But colors and styles have to suit the person and their personality. Certain things I know wouldn't be favorable on me ie. cornrows.

You have to know what you can wear, and what you can't.

I think some men wear pink very well, especially with suits. I am not a fan of men who wear pink t-shirts....I mean that shit is years old now! Please stop...

Tell them the full story follow, you want a man who wears all of the colors of the faggotry rainbow (pastels and shit:puke:). And for the record, metrosexual=gay lite !!

Naw you need to tell me what's wrong with pastels on men... Those colors look good on all shades of black men and especially with a dark suit. Yall need to open your minds  You can't say Bill's clothes don't look good

You really don't get it, in my opinion those colors look good on women only. I have no articles of clothing that are pastel or pink and I would never entertain the thought of wearing anything with those colors. No man should wear pastel colors....

No...not for me anyway. Back in college, Philly cats used to rock them hard. I'm more of an earth tone/fall color guy.
Those colors look good too

lol@swat

i'am not really a fashion forward type dude

but i agree with follow.

Colors are cool as long as it's not too much you just need a little.

The article of clothing and placement of colors are important too.

If you're walking around with a pink belt or pink shoes, pink hats... :smh:

add color to the small thing ie. cuff links, ties, sock, if you wear jewlery. Some colored stones are cool.

*Edit* these rules only apply to formal wear.

No dude needs to be wearing these colors when they're dressed in street clothes.

Wearing pink doan mek a man gay it means u taking advice or your cues from the fashion industry aka gay guys.:smh::rolleyes:

It can be pulled off yes but pink has been traditionally a woman's color for centuries. Women were not allowed years back to wear pants because it was considered man's clothing but they do now and they make it look good but i am not going to advocate men wearing skirts to challenge societies norms either.:hmm:

If a man wants to wear traditional womens colors kudos to him but i will stick with what i like and consider to be acceptable.

And metrosexual is just a cock(male chicken)that aint get tread yet or get caught getting tread.(phrase means he aint get caught in the act or confess to it yet for those who do not know):hmm::angry::angry:

cosign. good rules to follow.

the homophobia in the black community is ridiculous.

For the amount of gay people in our community you'd think people would get over it by now. I think everyone probably has a gay person in their families by now. Who cares what people do in their bedrooms. Many black men feel that they must flex their alpha male DNA strain whenever gay subjects are brought up. Seriously, if we dedicated the energy spent on homophobia we may be able to repair our ever dwindling family, financial and community structure.

The question was do you think it is gay

Yes

or

NO

Phobia is an extreme fear, dislike or hatred. Homophobia is a term coined by persons in the gay community to blacklist as being gay anyone who exhibits a problem with the gay lifestyle or who refuses to accept it as normal.

While they are people who do go out of their way to persecute anyone who is gay or believed to be this thread just asked a simple question so just give a simple answer in line with your views and please desist from looking for mountains inside of small molehills.:hmm::smh:

So if it's not homophobia, then what is it? Maybe it's a matter of being cool or not cool or some shit like that.
Take a look at the responses...seems a bit homphobic to me. If someone thinks pink does not suit a man, then so be it. Leave it at that.

I think it depends on the shade of pink, as well as the extent of the "pinkage" the man is wearing...lol

But, generally, I wouldn't think a guy wearing a pink shirt is gay... especially if the hue of pink really hits with his skin tone...

For someone to be homophobic, the object of their disdain must first truly be a homosexual act or thing or behavior. Are you admitting that pink is gay and that we dislike it because it has all of the homosexual characteristics. A person can not be arachnophobic if there is no spider involved...

I think this also depends on the attitude of the man wearing the color.

I CAN wear a pink shirt and tie, but that doesn't mean I will wear one. Not everyone has the aura (i won't use the word swagger) to pull this off.

Though, I have worn a pink/peach/tan tie and handkerchief combo with a suit to a dinner party. The ladies liked it. Wish I had a picture for you ladies.

A true phobia occurs when there is really no reason or when it doesn't make sense to be afraid. So a person could suffer from a phobia from just the thought of it. And if your homophobic and you think of pink as a girls color, I could see how you would have a disdain for men wearing it. But to each his own. If I were single and I saw sexy, black, intelligent man who happened to have on a hot pink leisure suit, I'd still step to him. I'd just hide the suit afterwards.

I like then on certain men. On a black man i like it with a charcoal suit:yes::yes:

I had a folder picked out for you MTL, and I used that pic (with the whip) in the folder I just never came up with a good enough concept. I do like your sig though.
