Yea that happened in Lynnhaven Mall down here in Virginia Beach ( I live 8 minutes away from the mall) VB police always had a rep with them since I moved here in 98

Im in Jacksonville, and saw this video popping up on my social media and avoided it for a couple of days cause its draining seeing us brutalized so often. Shit is despicable. He should be fired, and bought up on charges, immediately.
