Lot valid points in here, but, what i think is missing is the cop is an adult more than a cop. With the years of experience he likely has, and if he is a parent, he should know that kids are mouthy, and to not take that shit so personal. The job of these blue bitches is to de-escalate situations, not take them to Code Red. Domestic violence situation, you calm the abuser down, separate them, and take it from there. With kids on a fucking playground, where i assume he assigned to patrol, you have to treat kids like kids. In my opinion, that cop need to get touched up for that bullshit.

Not even taking into account the actions of the officer if I was outside my parents home behaving that way there would be nothing I could say to save my ass. A lot of folks aren't able to make this distinction and hold cops to the same standards as the neighborhood d-boys etc. It's how conversations about holding cops accountable always descend into absurd apologetics imbuking "black on black" crime stats and respectability politics. Cops are the only profession I can think of where lack of accountability/decency/professionalism/skill/or-whatever-fucking-else is not only baked into their professional culture but society at large is trained to celebrate, overlook and praise their fuckery. It's an almost cult like deference.

There's enough in that video to see the cop overreacted. The girl was talking shit, but not much else. I can't believe some of the "men"... blackmen.. think it is okay to throw a black female child around because she was mouthing off. And if it was that serious before the video started, someone would have probably been in handcuffs. The video comes off as if he was breaking up a group, but nothing overly serious.

The cops actions are over the top my contention is what lead up to the actions. We got to have more respect for ourselves and others when we in these streets

Thanks, I guess that makes more sense than ensuring an armed professional peace officer is mentally stable enough to be around children that don' agree with him and no nthrow them to the ground and hit them.
Again this is a different video then original one that you posted. The amount of force that he used was unnecessary. The officer should have had the staff handle the situation or have the teacher call her parents, before he took any action of removing the child.

I’ve been in that situation as an adult and my reaction probably an overreaction; had one of my students think he was being funny and the class clown and that nigga spit on me before I k knew it my instant reaction had that dude by his neck with his feet off the ground grasping for air. So I know all about losing my temper making a bad reaction towards the youth.

As a teacher, thay overreaction is slightly more understandable. Because when you lost your temper you didn' have the means to shoot the kid, jail the kid.
You were there to teach, you were not there to keep peace.
The issue is that these cops aren' being spit on, people aren' being aggressive with them, they are simply not acting the way the officer wants them to.
Violence should be the last resource when in these situations, there is a huge difference in defense and offense.
In the original video you see a cop bumping a child with his stomach, then screaming don't touch me. And then assult the CHILD by pushing him.
Then proceeding to escalating the situation yelling and making threatening remarks.
Leading to another person trying to defend the original CHILD being put in harm' way by the adult police officer.
The officer then attacks the FEMALE, although she did not pose any risk.
Explain what you saw, officer
I would have to see the body camera first before I can make any opinions on the manner.
