I might be returning my note4, if this shit has a 128gb option. The front speakers AND android L, might make me give up my stylus, removable battery and micro SD slot. I tire of Samsung and their slow software updates

If tonight can be compared to Christmas Eve, we've just seen a big, AT&T-shaped box sitting in the living room. As carriers are wont to do, it appears AT&T has already set up a URL for Motorola's Nexus 6, confirming that the carrier will carry the new whale-sized Nexus.

The URL won't take you to a product listing just yet, but if you travel a short way to the LG G3 Vigor listing, you'll see a tile in the sidebar showing the Nexus 6 for $49.99 on contract.

Note: This isn't a guarantee of the price as the page isn't final yet, and in fact it appears everything but the name and the tile itself are place holders - the image is the LG Vista, the same SKU currently holding a place in the "details" URL. It's most likely that AT&T will make this switch after the N6 announcement.

This is significant news, since this would make the first Nexus phone sold directly through AT&T since the Nexus S. Obviously there's no word on an actual release date or availability for any other carriers just yet, but it shouldn't be long now.

Google just announced the Nexus 6 in a blog post on Wednesday. The device will officially be available fore pre-order in late October and in stores in November, Google said. It will ship on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon but Google warns “rollout will be subject to certification completion and will vary.”

The device also sports a 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, 13MP rear camera, 3,220mAh battery, 32GB or 64GB of storage, and runs Android 5.0 “Lollipop.” It even supports Motorola’s Turbo Charger, which can give you 6 hours of juice in just 15 minutes. The device comes in either Midnight Blue or Cloud White.

The Nexus 6 will be available for pre-order later this month, with shipments going out in November.

It will be sold on-contract through AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon. Seriously, that says Verizon.

the nexus 6 doesn't feature slow motion recording.

how do you have a flag ship device that is supposed to showcase the features of your os on hardware and be missing an option that is common on flag ship devices?

Really. How many slow motion movies have you watched?

Really my iPhone with a a smaller screen, less resolution and ram cost $200 more.

That's your fault

The issue is.....?

The Nexus 5 cost $350 off contract

That's why people are talking about the price. You don't seem to know what the Nexus line was originally intended for.

Now it's just a normal phone.

You might as well get a vanilla Samsung Galaxy 5...or 6 when it comes out :dunno:

They essentially just killed off the Nexus phone line without doing it.

On the android central podcast, Jerry said from what he knows "you're going to wish that battery was bigger". Disappointing if he's correct :smh:. Especially considering that battery life should improve on a phone after the L update.

Guess I'll be sticking with the OnePlus, battery is already insane. Keeping my N5 around as well.
