The brushes listed within these pages may be used in Photoshop (versions 7 and the entire CS series), Photoshop Elements (versions 2 and onward), and GIMP (version 2.2.6 to present).
Accompanying each of the sets, you will also find an image pack. This is a ZIP file of the JPGs used to make the brush set. This is what you’ll want to download if you’re a Paint Shop Pro (PSP) user, or use any other graphics program that’s not listed here. You can use those images to make brushes in your program of choice.

Category Descriptions
Designs – These brushes are made up of various designs, like swirls, paisley elements, tribals, etc.
Fantasy – These brushes are made up of various fantasy elements, like pixies, wings, glittery sparkles, etc.
Handwriting / Symbols – These brushes are made up of various types of handwriting and symbols, like Kanji, runes, hieroglyphics, etc.
Markings – These brushes are made up of various blemishes or markings. Something like splats, rust, etc.
Nature – These brushes are made up of various nature elements, like plants, lightning, water, etc.
Objects – These brushes are made up of objects, like labels/signs, fences, etc. These are made from real images, and won’t be vectors.
Painting – These brushes are different in that they are made to be painted with. These are particularly useful to digital artists for helping create textures.
People – These brushes are made up of various people, or parts of people… like eyes, hair, lips, etc.
Pixelated - Pixelated designs, which are usually very small and are made pixel by pixel.
Sci-Fi – These brushes are made up of various science fiction elements, like planets, stars, tech designs, etc.
Sketches – These brushes are all sketched by hand, and could be just about anything. They all have rough, sketchy edges.
Textures – These brushes are made up of textures, like gravel, grunge, fabrics, etc.
Themes – These brushes are made up of various themes, including holidays.
Vector – These brushes are all made from vector designs. You’ll find many of them also available as Illustrator vectors or Photoshop custom shapes.
