Its like so many of us get to High School and then our maturity level stops. How many grown black folks you know in their 40's still talking, dressing, and acting like they were at 18. White people don't internalize those actions as a product of being white. Why would I internalize these actions as a product of being black. The fact that you take these acts and say we must expel these people from the black community means you internalized these negative actions as being a indicitive of being black. That is the problem.
