After watching the video, three times (had to get the emotions down) here are some facts I noticed..
1. They are going to try to use the girlfriend words against her, because at first she said "he had a legal fire arm and was reaching to get the I.D., then she accidently said he told the cops he had a gun and reached for his I.D. in his back pocket...
The problem is she didn't say that he said he had a legal fire arm, at that time..
I think she was still in shock because later on she correctly said he told them he had a legal fire arm on him and that he was reaching for his I.D..
Now the cops are going to be slick and try to use this to get the cop off, but when they do, ask yourself this question, why was the cop gun drawn at him in the first place, if all he had was a busted rare light...
Once we establish the fact that the cop was acting irrational and aggressive then we can point out how anything they claimed he said was said out of duress and fear..
Even if he were to say he had a gun leaving out the legal part, you can easily make the argument that having a gun pointed at you is enough to make you slip up and make mistakes..
So no matter how they try to spin it, or how they try to twist the facts, the facts is this cop brought it upon himself to pull out a gun on a innocent man who's only violation broken was driving with a broken head light..
If they were to do that to my loved ones, I would have no problems popping the mother fucker myself.....
