It looks like the evolution of a sick virus, you put body cameras after killing us right and left claiming we were charging after them or reaching for their weapon, well they will target people that have a gun for murder. Instead of shooting people fleeing, it will be a person with a lawful conceal carry or open carry.
It is the same thing with the Civil Right Movement, one form of discrimination and harassment turns into another.
Canada should have granted political asylum to the guy fleeing the police after seeing these videos.

You can refuse to provide ID or other documents to police if you feel it could provoke a deadly response. Especially if they claim you fit the description of somebody that committed a serious crime. At that moment, you are a deadly felon, never assume a traffic stop is a traffic stop.
With facial recognition, finger prints, and other technology that could be employed, this practice needs to go.

He said the local police don't want to spend the money on training and vetting but end up spending millions on the back end on settlements
The money comes right back out of the community's pockets though. So very limited repercussions there too.
