Again... stop it. The Niners were a team that played GREAT football last year and MANY feel that the only thing that kept them back from the Super Bowl was an elite QB.... Denver is not that. Everything Denver is good at SF is BETTER at it. People had better expectations because 49ers are a BETTER team..

I agree with you when you say the defense wasnt all that good but when it came time to make a stop they done that and gave it right to the offense so they can win it....

As for the offense,like I said we have solid receivers but need one who can take over a game because we dont have one but we have the #1 rushing offense and a good offensive line so that wont be a problem...We will put points on the board since we have Manning as our quarterback

deion sanders called payton out on this yesterday. This move makes NO sense from a championship perspective at all. Denver was ranked #27 last year in the ESPN pre-season poll. meaning they were NOT GOOD. As much as dudes hate on Tebow, when he got into the game, he lead them to winning record AND a 1st round playoff win. WHO IN THE F*UCK thought that was going to happen - NO ONE. I don't care how loyal a fan you are.

They had/have marginal talent across the board. this is NOT where you go if you want to win NOW. The only thing I can see is that manning did not want to bump heads with harbaugh. That's it. If there is any other reason then this move is a cop out, foolish and makes no rational sense what so ever. Especially with Rivers expected to come out blazing in San Diego, the raiders will have Palmer for a full year and Denver's schedule got harder because they were a playoff team. I don't get it. this was clearly about control and comfort - not winning.
