edit: I can't say what racism is to everyone. To some people you have to actively be lynching, burning and feeding children to alligators while holding a swastika flag with Nazi attire on. And to some racism is discriminating against and stereotyping a race while using your position to hold them back etc. I think it can be all those things.
Hispanics will normally do anything they can to hurt and disassociate themselves from anything African. They might laugh with you in your face, but unless your telling me you just chillin in their houses, meeting their parents and doing business with them I couldn't really say I understand your point. Jeff Sessions would shake your hand and probably have a convo with you as well. Doesn't make him less racist.
