Mustain is the luckiest man on the face of the earth
He dumped on that man and basically said he wasn't ready for the NFL. He is trying to be the first draft pick (go Matt Stafford!!!) and he doesn't need his coach saying some shit like that.
If he don't go number 1 I would sue the shit out of Pete Carroll for dropping his stock. He could have just said I wish he would stick around for one more year but I am behind him. That other shit was extra and uncalled for after the kid has already made his decision.
Fam. I guarantee that Carrol didn't say anything in public that he hasn't said to Sanchez and to the scouts in private. Coaches have relationships with scouts and reputations that depend on honest evaluations on everyone's part. If Carrol continually recommend cats that are busters he loses credibility with NFL front office cats and scouts when it's time for a team to take a chance on someone based on what Carroll alone has to say.
In short, even if he sued, it would not hold up in court because Carrol gave an evaluation based on his opinion which is part of the whole NFL process.
Pete Carroll was in no way hating on Sanchez. He has 4 capable QB's waiting to take over, he doesnt need Sanchez back as a QB. Pete Carroll cares about his players. True, Pete was emotional as hell at that press conference but I think he was concerned like a father watch'n his son do the wrong thing. He did the same thing to Mike Williams. He begged Mike Williams not to leave early for the league because he wasn't ready, 3 years later Mike Williams aint even playing football anymore. Same shit with Manuel Wright who is bagg'n groceries right now. Sanchez has the physical tools but he's not ready for the NFL.

Apparently Sanchez talked to Leinart and was informed that staying in college to play another year with Pete Carroll was the worse mistake he ever made.
I got to agree. People really haven't seen the true Pete. He loves his kids to death and wants the best for them. Folks bringing up Matt coming back but people have to see that it wasn't a matter of him being ready. He wanted another championship and Heisman but came up short. That had nothing to do with Pete. As for Mark, well he better pray he does good at the combine but not good enough to be stuck with the Lion's, because he is not ready to take that role like Ryan and Flacco had to take.
As for USC, they are set. They got a great class coming in and Mitch is the truth who just got screwed at Arkansas and saw a great shot at USC.
