She actually handled that well imo. Sounds as if she purchased two seats for comfort. Plane was overbooked and attempted to give one of her seats to another passenger and she declined.. Then they pulled the ofay go to "i dont feel safe" card and removed her.
How is he gonna ask her WHY she needed a second seat, she paid for two seats the airline got the money for the 2 seats so how are they gonna try and sell her seat again?
Edit: I'm not a regular flyer but everytime I've flown I picked out my seat, people in the comments saying Southwest doesn't have assigned seating so do people just rush in and find whatever seat they can?

You're not following. She paid for two seats because she has a brace on her leg. They are trying to give it to someone else.
