Just a post to see what everybody else does to try to hustle up extra money. I'm a hard worker and I Would appreciate It. If the Fam can give any Ideas as to what Ya'll do to earn that extra paper to get by, I'm forever grateful. I'm a paper chaser, and I figure we can all benefit from such a post. This is Tax-free work , on the side type shit to Put gas in the tank, misc. Items and such.



I'm really curious as to what some of ya'll actually get up and do on the daily....I'd hate to think that the members here with no job, whatever(Broke Bastards) sit around the fuckin house and F5 the main board all day.:smh:
I dont mean selling dope and robbing niggas, thats last resort type shit for me. I'm comfortable with my finances but you can never have enough. I own a bar and I'm saving to buy some downtown real estate outright... the right way.:cool:
Anyway let me know what you got to offer and hopefully we can all get right.


A few things I Do to supplement...

- landscaping, 26 customers (mostly cutting grass)
- cleaning/floor care, 3 office buildings..1 Charter school
- Newly acquired Hand Car Wash...:smh:
1/3 owner, costing me a GRIP!!!

My Advice get you a lawn mower and go through the nice neighborhoods and undercut the landscapers. I made about thousand this month so far.....on my off time.:yes:

I gotta riding mower and a Pick-Up tho
 
i do security for a college as my full time job, but because of the act 235 license i have, sometimes when im off, i do private events, transport large sums of money for small time business, ect. Dont know how big u are, or the weapons licenses in your state works, but whenever i do security for a party or club, it's anywhere from 75-200 a night.

Tried the security thing before...And It wasn't 2 bad either.
I just dont have that kind of time. I meant work for me type of shit.

I tried to get into the newspaper bulk delivery with the Akron Beacon Journal Delivering to the gas stations and corner stores and shit,@ like 3 AM, But I never heard back from them after all my inquiries. I'm straight I just want more. Imma put this city on the map when I'm done.:cool:

The newspaper I work for has a bad turnover ratio. The drivers used to get robbed when they cleaned out the change machine.And you know the ABJ almost went bankrupt,so I am sure they weren't trying to hire any more people.

IDK about the almost bankrupt part..But they got Help wanted ads in the paper everyday around here.

my next door neighbor got let go when Ford downsized,,, he started his own lawn service and appears to be doing well,,,

if you have 26 customers, that's pretty damn good,,, especially if they are getting thier grass cut every week, or every other week

I just love making money, Probably cause me/ my wife spend so much.:lol:

years ago, i was a club promoter (making grip),,, planned on eventually opening my own club (never did tho, long story),,, so when this club got closed down,,, i bought all the audio equipment from the owner for the low,,,

years later,,, i'm just sitting on this equipment and never doing anything with it,,, hook up with one of my parnters who is a DJ & started throwing parties when concerts would come to town,,,

people who don't usually go out are amped to go out after a concert,,, $20-$30 a head,,, 600 to 1200 capacity,,, about 5 hours of work,,, you do the math (minus the expenses)
 
So far today and yesterday I have 'made' over 500 dollars...
A landscape company wanted to charge me well over that to plant several Leyland cypress trees and a few bamboo plants.I told them no thanks and got out my shovel...back hurts,but I saved that amount of money and won't have to go to the gym.

well basically
ive had alot of wild experiences in the past few years of my life and whenever im talkin to somebody about them they seem very entertained by the shit i tell them
so i figured fuck it, why not make a blog and people about them and shit thats currently going on
so i made a blog on blogger.com and installed adsense
then spread the word about it, linked up with a few other blog owners so we could click each others ads every other day just in case things dont go the way we planned ( :lol: ) and here i am now
the highest ive made in a day is 70 something beans which was when I posted the story about this bitch I knew with HIV
if you plan to start one up and have any questions just hit me up

i buy in bulk,,, stack that shit in basement,,, and selll for the low,,, ebay is fucking a lot of people up with all those damn fees tho (cutting into profits),,, looking into starting my own website to sell my products

really depends on the size of the venue & if it's at an existing club,,, but basically:

renting the venue ~ $1000 & up
radio campaign for the month ~ $3000
security (10)~ $500 & up
dj ~ $300 & up
cashier (female) ~ $100
insurance ~ $0 (some venues ask that you have it, but i just lie)

that's about it,, but you could lose a grip if you promote wrong and/or no one shows up
