There's a guy on YouTube uses the ”Hansen“ name and makes videos doing this, He catches all colors and ages of men trying to meet up with kids. He's just a regular citizen but just like this guy he tells them he'll call the police if they don't talk to him. I watched one video where the guy wouldn't talk to him and when he called the police he had to almost beg them to come, they kept telling him if the guy hadn't actually met up with a kid and it he was the one that was posing as the kid then there was nothing they could do
