If i ever do, ABSOFUCKINLUTELY. Why? Because i know how they operate and i know they don't operate with anything other than what we as parents have put in them from day 1. Her parents are most likely?
The woman said the girl was a bad ass and she didn't know what else to do? I know we as people do not like to look at our actions, as adults. And we don't like to say, i could've done this better. But the reality is, You could have. The mother's not with the real father for whatever reason. Odds are that reason has affected the kid. She got remarried and the stress of this new guy replacing the old guy is a stressful thing on the child. That's something that affects them. This isn't the first time this child has acted out. Kids who are properly attended too, Not that bullshit, Well i fucking pay the bills and feed you... Bullshit. No. PROPERLY attended to. Don't do shit like this. I don't give a damn WHAT child you're talking about, if they're acting out it's because the parents did or did NOT do something along the way.
That's not an opinion. That's FACT. Everything we as parents DO, shape the kids, which is why you have to be careful and attentive.

Some people do shame. And it works often. I think they would have been better off (1) laying down the law and wuppin her ass if she broke said law when she was younger. I seen worse, like parents putting daughter out the house or beating her ass severely, so she got off easy. Years ago, I would have blamed the parents, now I blame the community. Everythings accessible so that unhealthy environment shit aint going to cut it. There is no clear cut answer but laptop shrinks want to sum up the solution with a few keystrokes. I think pops did the right thing. She will spent semesters trying to steer clear away from shame.
