A pancake is a flat cake, often thin, and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may also contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often with oil or butter. In Britain, pancakes are often unleavened, and resemble a crêpe.In North America, a raising agent is used (typically baking powder). The American pancake is similar to a Scotch pancake or drop scone. Commercially prepared pancake mixes are produced in some countries.

A waffle is a leavened batter or dough cooked between two plates, patterned to give a characteristic size, shape and surface impression. There are many variations based on the type of waffle iron and recipe used. Waffles are eaten throughout the world, particularly in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, and the United States, with over a dozen regional varieties in Belgium alone.

French toast,is a dish made of bread soaked in beaten eggs and then fried.
Slices of bread are soaked or dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs, often with milk or cream. Sometimes sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla are added to the mixture. The slices of egg-coated bread are then fried on both sides until they are browned and cooked through.

My children and I love all three and I make them from scratch so that's tough one. Waffles are the easiest as they require less monitoring or attention. It all depends on the mood. French toast with a 3/4 to 1 inch this soft light bread is the bomb but I can put stuff in the pancakes and waffles. I'm going to have to go with waffles because it's the easiest with the George Foreman grill.

Pancakes from IHOP (when done right, sometimes the cooks get sloppy).

French toast (not from IHOP, I do a better job)

Waffles when I'm in the mood. Haven't been craving them lately.
