The now-60-year-old renown TV personality's 1983 audition tape for "The Oprah Winfrey Show" has resurfaced.
Oprah first shared the clip with her audience in November 2005 and her station, OWN, shared the treat with fans on its YouTube channel Monday.
"Hi, there. My name is Oprah Winfrey. Oprah, spelled O-P-R-A-H, and if you notice, it's Harpo spelled backwards," the short-haired star said at the start of the clip.

"My folks did not really like Harpo Marks. We did not even have a television set for a number of years. Originally, I was named from the Bible by Aunt Ida, who named me from Ruth, the first chapter at the fourteenth verse, Orpah, but no one knew how to spell in my home, and that's why I ended up being Oprah."
Winfrey, of course, was given the job and immediately raised ratings for the morning show, resulting in the program taking her name as "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
She continued to host the daytime hit for the next 25 years, conducting some of the industry's most famous interviews.
