Yeah, but it's increasing at a large rate with the black community. I didn't know that shit until I seen them say that shit they adding to heroin is killing the veteran users.

Initial crisis started with pain meds whites were able to get that black folks wouldn't get prescribed. We've moved past that point now so the black community about to take a hit. I didn't even know some of the shit I'm reading right now. Wow.
