I didn't miss the point. There is no point!
The ISSUE is not whether Iraq had terrorist ties; the ISSUE in 2002/2003 was whether Iraq had connections with Al Qaeda[/b]. GW said there was and that was used as part of the pretext for the invasion.
So, that crap you posted by Al Gore had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with whether or not there was an Al Qaeda connection.
If you contend that it did, please point out what Al Gore said.
In the meantime, stop jumping up and down like lil kid who thought he just found gold -- when what you have found is just shiny, worthless ass brass.
You insulted you own intelligence by trying to pass that Gore clip off as something relevant to the issue. None of what Al Gore said had shit to do with Al Qaeda! So, you either insulted your own intelligence or just proved that, well, .... you don't have any to insult.
Stop it. Please.
Either show that you know something; or stop showing us that you don't know shit.
Right or wrong, Al Gore was criticizing the manner in which Bush Sr., was handling Saddam Hussein. Again, if you can find a way to separate issues in your brain, the ISSUE in 2002/3 was not whether Saddam was bad boy, but whether he had WMD; whether he had ties to Al Qaeda; and, therefore, whether that dangerous combination posed a threat to the U.S. and its allies.
I don't hate GW; I don't like GW; and I think GW is a walking idiot who has no appreciation for intellect. If that makes me an idiot, so be it.
