Hell, only 10 points 
Any given person off the street probably has that much of a lead just for saying my name is ______________; given where Trump numbers stand today.
Before the Oprah (or any other person for that matter) talk begins, there should be a greater measuring stick than how one stacks up against: a madman, an imbecile, an idiot, an utter racist, an unstable narcissist, a person who attempts to self-assure himself daily that he is “like really smart/genius” . . . etc.
