And we all know it would have gone different too, the best thing that guy did was to film all that shit and post it on the internet.
I drive a military ambulance and get calls in the local area that are close to our base and FUCK ME if im ever going to pull over with a patient in my truck by some fucking asshole cop your hillbilly ass is going to have to follow me to the damn hospital and then we take it from there.
What was the reason for pulling them over in the first place? That is just bullshit again law enforcement are not able to understand the difference between power and authority. FUK DA POLICE!!! lol

Wow. I've written some solid statements before, but that EMT White's statement... that dude dotted the I's and crossed the T's. 
But I see part of what happened now. That cop got POed because the EMT knew the law better than he did. And it had to be true, because the cops were on the phone with a DA, and dude had to have told them they had no case.
But honestly, do some cops have a line? I could almost buy pulling over a civilian car rushing to the hospital because at lest then you might not know what's up at first. But an ambulance? And then you're going to detain/arrest the EMT? With a patient enroute?

None of that uncoopertative shit matters because it sohuld have never gotten to that point to begin with. Illegal stop, no laws were broken, no arrestable offense and harrassment by the cops will negate all of that. The cops should also face charges for impeding EMT from rendering assistance to citizen in need.

Check this out ambulance are emergency vehicles per the VTL of any state, that means they have immunity from traffic laws per an emergency. That goes for police, fire fighters etc
Only non emergency have to yeild to emergency vehicles. This officer's claim that the EMT in an official vehicle failed to yeild to him?
Thats where the officer fucked up and let his ego get in the way of doing his job correctly but then again thats the mentality of them clowns out there, they will write their mother a ticket, they feel enforcing the vehicle traffic code to a T they are doing gods work, fuckin dumb asses they just revenue generators for that town they are writing the tickets in.
I remember when I was down in Orlando FL and got pulled over for not signaling my lane change, complet b.s so the OPD officer ask for my paper work, I gave it to himalong with my P.O ID, he then says what is this suppose to mean? I say it means im identifying myself like im suppose too. He basically told me my ID wasnt needed and that he was issuing me a summons lmao
I said ok cool 20 mins later I see this same cop getting his ass whooped on the side of I4 so I stop my car get and and just watch, after a couple of units show up and arrest the guy that officer asked me why didnt I help him?
I said the same reason why u wrote me that b.s summons u think I will help u after that? that should teach ur ass a lesson.
No matter what profession, I take care of Medics, emt's, doctors, nurses and teachers. They always get a pass from me.
