They're still young...I can't see any team fucking with them in the West for the next 4-5 years. Lakers, Spurs, Mavs all need to rebuild. Nuggets aren't nearly as talented and the Clips aren't a complete team.

Lakers were fools to let him go. Fish brings that veteran leadership to your locker room. I feel like he's helped Westbrook calm down as a PG.
That depends on if management feels that winning is more important than money.
If money's more important, you let Ibaka and Harden go and count on KD and Westbrook to keep the arena filled.
If winning is more important, you keep 3 max guys and another guy with a big contract and pay the biggest luxury tax in the NBA.
