Police misconduct means unreliable evidence which means a jury cannot accept the legitimacy of other evidence beyond all reasonable doubt. Doubt is instantly cast upon all evidence.

You really don't understand the law. He was found Not Guilty...but not because it was proven that he didn't do it ....
He was found Not Guilty because there was a "shadow of a doubt" .... .01% of doubt means the Jury must acquit.
But he was found Guilty in Civil court
And in this case, his stupid ass tried to "steal back" his items by force when all he had to do was call a cop to escort him to the hotel room. If he didn't feel comfortable and thought the cops would do nothing because it was him, then he should have had someone else make the call that "Someone in such a such a room is selling highly valueable stolen good."

I think the points kayanation made in reply to this are valid but I just wanted to add that it's perfectly legitimate to be "upset because this verdict makes white folks happy," because it speaks a great deal to the society we live in and the justice OJ got. I don't particularly care about O.J. and I agree he's an absolute idiot for getting himself into this mess and I'll even say he deserves whatever he gets on a personal level... But he is hated because he is black and perceived to have gotten away with a crime against sympathetic whites and he is the subject of unique vitriol, far beyond the Unabomber but probably short of Osama bin Laden. You should resent that OJ's trial is a "never forget" moment to some white Americans like Pearl Harbor or 9/11 but when it comes to miscarriages of justice against black people, it's "Will you forget about that shit already???"My mistake for the "first post" then...by saying no "big injustice" I meant no injustice at all...I just used the words "big injustice" because that's what y'all are carrying on like it is...ok so I addressed that...now will you answer what injustice did he face in this trial...? This is not Jena 6 which was clearly an injustice...so again please stop mentioning everything else under the sun that is not relevant to this case...I think some of you are just upset because this verdict makes white folks happy....and that's cool but @ least be honest about it...but stop making OJ's plight to be some sort of cause for us to rally behind...
It's bigger than O.J.... Take the isue KN raised of blacks being excluded from juries because "they would be sympathetic toward other blacks." So are whites the only appropriate arbiters of "justice"? And is that because they would be unsympathetic, even overly harsh? Does O.J. being a dumbass make that okay?

watch forensic files it is very easy to kill two with a knife. see lapd fucked up the investigation by doing some extra shit that botched it. forensics facts were that ron goldman was killed first, then as nicole opened the door she was stabbed directly in the throat. if you remember oj had cut on his left hand which lets just say came from the knife. aight look the pre trial hearings put a lot of real shit out there that is used in every court in the US. oj's phone records had his ass in the area at the time of it.
