Dealer.
Yep, they are a little expensive, but they take care of you better, because their service and vehicle reputation is on the line. Sometimes they offer bullshit extra shit though.

Dealer.
an oil change isn't rocket science, I take it anywhere
We have a company called Precision Tune here in NC. Those bastards harass you whenever you get an oil chance or inspectionSame here. I went to one of those franchise oil spots, and the guy says, "Pop the hood, I need to show you something." That's when I knew fuckery was afoot. Then he goes on about oil blends in today's engines, and a 39.99 oil change would be 76.99. I told him no thanks and drove to the dealer. Told the dealership guy the story, and he laughed his ass off. They do it for 34.99.
What do you drive, Airbus A380?car:
150.00 to have oil changed at lube stop
380.00 to have oil changed at dealer
my truck though i have to pay the 460.00 at the dealership

Then they got you. Even porsche doesn't charge that much. I've never paid more than $80 for an oil change, when I used to pay for oil changes.

Buy the 5 quart jug of oil, and the filter at Walmart, or wait for one of the frequent sales at Auto Zone (so that you can get the better quality of oil).
Many of the shops that do Oil Changes will only charge around $20, to do an oil change with customer supplied oil and filter.

Agree. Often too, the service manager is usually a veteran of the shop and will shoot you a 15% off coupon if asked. Developing a relationship with them helps them not give you too much more than what you need.
Very easy. Go to Nalley BMW website and look at their service special coupon. Y'all make it seem as if life in the U.S. is rocket science.i paid that much for oil changes at lube stop and the dealership when i had a navigator and that only took 6 quarts. not sure what dealership you goto for 89.00 oil changes on a 5 series but when i had beemers the avg was 220 for oil, rotation, and fluid top offs, 40 more for nitrogen refill.

Nearly all dealerships have oil change specials.
Anyway I haven't paid for an oil change since 2010.
Lol ok. You just asked me where they were servicing 5 series for $89 and I showed it to you. Let me know if you have any other questions about this thing called life.coupons offered for service are about 20 bucks off the price...what's 20 bucks...it simply varies from make and dealerships....
