You can pretty much be assured the torture (as you stated) is coming. Probably why he started trembling once he heard the verdict. Damn.... That's some bullshit.. So why all the education requirements with some departments and not others? Although minimum but still? Departments here in the NYC area require a minimum of 60 college credits.

I can see the vast majority of other departments not requiring anything but a high school diploma
