Ol boy in the back that has that wild ass flat top use to always be up at Venice Beach and City Walk (a lil strip you can walk while going to Universal Studios). He a pop locker thats why you can hear him say "gimme a lil lockin dawg". Not sure how recent this was but if its recent then its coo to see he still alive cause its been a minute since Ive been to either of those spots
