I think they should have done a 24 prequel, have Palmer, Wayne, Michelle, Tony, Chappelle, and Bill come back and write a story surrounding that. There are only so many Allstate commercials you can make, and I'm sure the others would like the work.

this may be possible, ive been hearing murmurings of this for about two years I think it kinda got thrown outta wack because of the strike.... because palmer doesnt have the unit anymore it might happen even more so



but u know what would be illllllll if they coombined the unit with 24 and created a new show that had the action and cerebal play that occured in 24 with the terrorism sub plots of 24 and put the money of fox behind it
 
1 1/2 hour to go bump. Didn't watch last weeks, wife had surgery, so will watch last weeks in an hour to catch up.
 
Im not feeling this season so far..

and bubba gump is a wack ass ctu director.. he doe not fit.. this season is gonna need something major of they could lose fans.. i've been a fan from day one but the last two seasons having been living up to the popular status its earn..

President Logan season is STILL my favorite season

btw, im not gonna mention how pissed i was last weeke when they ended the episode on that lovers quarrel bullshit with freddy prince.

I still watch 24, but I've missed the last few episodes and i have no desire to watch them on dvr. We are midseason where much doesn't happen on 24. I've seen this same formula too many times, of having the initial plot at the beginning (attempted assassination), resolve that, get dragged down in stupid side storylines(starbuck & freddie prinze) during midseason and then throttle the real story back to the front for the last few episodes. They also don't have any beloved characters left that they might kill off that might keep you interested midseason because they've done that so many times before and we know Jack and Chloe can't die. Everyone else is dead or come back from the dead (tony). And they did this nuclear weapon in a major city 4 or 5 times already including last season...

Honestly, they haven't even played a big part this season. I'm tempted to play my PS3 instead.

Oh, and to add, they've done the kid-becomes-a-terrorist thing WAY too much! Here's another one who straps on a bomb in the name of (insert diety here).

And this love story between Jack & Renee is so old. I actually would prefer to see Audrey again (and that's saying a LOT!)
 
hmm these guys dont seem like religious nuts so what motivation would one have to blow them self up? I dont want to hear tht patriotic shit either

Only problem with this is that Jack didn't know Palmer before the first season. The best part of 24 to me was Jack and Palmer's relationship. I guess they could have Palmer back in the senate behind the scenes of some event jack and tony are involved with back in the 90's...
 
Whats more bullshit wasn't the room spose to be on the 3rd floor? Dude jumped like half a story to the ground.
