I think the most alarming thing about him is his lack of touch. He'll find it eventually (hopefully) but in the meantime he needs to go into the bodies of the Bigs instead of trying to go around them.

Passing and leadership were supposed to be his strong point. Shooting was always a question mark because of his form.

As long as he doesn't become Rondo and Rubio and you can look on him five years later and he can't shoot, he's fine.
