Where's tical?
) and a decent draft pick.
Tannehill is a real bitch for this....
It's not hard to see why Dolphins coach Joe Philbin was fired on Monday: The team's a complete mess right now.
One of the problems for Philbin has been the play of quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who seems to be getting worse every week. In a 41-14 loss to Buffalo in Week 3, Tannehill threw three interceptions, including a pick-six.
In an effort to build Tannehill's confidence after that game, Philbin decided to try something different.
According to the Houston Chronicle's Aaron Wilson (via the National Football Post), Philbin told the Dolphins' practice squad players to go easy on Tannehill, so the quarterback could get some of his confidence back.
Apparently, Tannehill was throwing so many interceptions in practice that he was getting frustrated to the point where he would talk trash to certain practice squad players after they would pick him off.
"Enjoy your practice squad paycheck, enjoy your practice squad trophy," Tannehill would say, according to Wilson.
If the plan was to restore Tannehill's confidence, it didn't work. The Dolphins quarterback threw two more interceptions in Miami's 27-14 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Tannehill wasn't the Dolphins only issue in practice last week. According to the Miami Herald, Ndamukong Suh wore tennis shoes to a full-padded practice on Thursday and many players took that as a sign that Suh was unhappy with the team's defensive coaching staff.
The bottom line here is that interim coach Dan Campbell is going to have turn things around quickly, which is exactly what he plans on doing.
During his introductory press conference on Monday, Campbell said he needs to change the team's "culture."
"There may be some things that need to be moved and shuffled, I have to sort those things out, but we have enough to win. We have to change the culture. I have to change the culture," Campbell said.
When it comes to changing the culture, the new coach will probably want to start with Suh and Tannehill.

Who knows if it's true or not...does not have to be,just like 11 out of 12 balls were under-inflated.
Repeat the lie enough and it becomes the truth...
As for this story, several organizations have run it...including the Sun-Sentinel in their Dolphin blog.
Hopefully it isn't....sounds Ryan Leafish![]()
### Philbin’s final Dolphins practice featured heated exchanges among quarterback Ryan Tannehill and defensive players, according to multiple sources.
According to a player, Philbin has consistently conveyed a message that during Saturday practices, the defensive players should take it easy on the offense and let them execute.
Tannehill, who was irritated and testy because he was throwing some errant passes throughout the week, reached his tipping point on Saturday when Chris McCain did something more aggressive than typical for a Saturday practice.
According to two players, Tannehill then flipped, saying something to the effect that he would prepare a scout team trophy case for McCain. At least a couple of defensive players responded angrily and a confrontation ensued.
Shortly after that, practice squad safety Jonathan Dowling intercepted Tannehill and returned it for a touchdown, according to another player. The defensive players continued aggressively going after Tannehill passes until coaches implored the defensive players to take it down a notch.
According to The National Football Post, Tannehill also told another defensive player “to enjoy your practice squad pay check.”
