Official Meek Mill vs. Drake all disses thread (if meek dont respond now smh)

Yeah, which is crazy, because this came out in '74, and he died in '70. Word is, they got sick of people calling Eddie Hazel a Jimi clone (He was), and they didn't like the way Hendrix allowed himself to be lead by white people.

That's wild! Hazel was Hendrix's son, but I'll be damned if he didn't out Hendrix Jimmy on Maggot Brain. :yes:

Black people are using this much time, energy, and passion to fight social injustice. We can have fun too.

I know fam but you KNOW that is going to be the narrative soon

I can feel it.

WE CAN"T have fun in their eyes.

But then when we focus on the issues we always angry and can't let sh*t go.

just watch.

I feel you, g, but as long as we stay on their neck, it doesn't matter how we look in their eyes. The days of caring about that type of shit are over. They will look at us the same way no matter what we do. You can't become too rigid and forget to live or that shit will break you. Had to learn that lesson the hard way. :cool:

^^^^^

much RESPECT Tuck.

So was Ernie Isley, but on "Go for Your Guns" and "Hope You Feel Better Love", Ernie declared his independence!
:lol:

I've always shy'd away from the harder Isley songs because I just wanted to get to the slow jams. I'm gonna have to go back and check Ernie out.

I think subliminals are cool too, but sometimes, blatant disses makes you even more curious, if you don't the backstory. Like this song:

That's why I don't have a problem with the subliminals, it's kinda dope when you catch something or someone puts you up on something that was hiding in plain sight... but hey, I like music what can I say :dunno:

agreed

we STILL don't REALLY know who Your So Vain is about.

Tuck, nooooo! :eek: You gotta check the other stuff! Them cats were sick with it! Check out "Rockin' Wit Fire", "Liquid Love", and "Hope You Feel Better Love".

shows you how weak the game is for drake to be one of the rappers on top right now...meek had all the ammo he needed and then some and hardly did anything w/ it...it's like boxing...challenger gotta knock the champ out...can't risk tryna win on points

If folk over looked Rick Ross was pump fakin cause he made good music what you thought was going to come of this?

Mofos can't have it both way :lol:

Drake been told yall he a singing mofo so why folk holding him all of a sudden to Nas and Jay standards? Drake just so happen to be a mofo who spit better than half the niggas out including Tweet Mill

I'm on Liquid Love right now and :eek:

Told ya. That family was sick on the fast AND slow joints! Btw, "Liquid Love" is about a wet pussy. Don't let that fast shit fool you. Ronald was about fucking! Hey, he had his priorities! :lol:

Also, something even crazier, Ernie's also playing drums on those albums.

Marvin Isley (RIP) was on bass, and their cousin or brother in law (I've heard both, but don't know which he was) Chris Jasper was on keys. The 3 older brothers paid for the 3 younger ones to go to music school, and let them join when they graduated.:cool:

That's the most fucked up part. Outsiders are killing him! :lol: Social media is his weapon of choice, and it's like they took his gun from him and pistol whipped him with it, and then made him go make them some pancakes! :smh::lol:

meek is just a nigga with money. thats it. eriod. that nigga has no sort of intelligence. he let a little jealousy end his career. the nigga couldnt even come up with a with comeback after what like 4 days? and it all supposedly started because drake wouldnt tweet his album. that goes to show you where these industry niggas really are. he exposed hmself as a fraud trying to be a real nigga.basically if u aint doing for him then fuck you. hes one of them niggas that see somebody make it out the hood and will hold his hands out like "wheres my cut nigga?"

boy im so disappointed in this nigga meek. i cant listen to his music anymore. and the only reason i havnt spoken on this on social media is because he has a trak of mines thats a potential single. im just waiting on the check but at this point it almost dont even matter because that nigga career is on thin ice

:lol::lol:

Yep. That's because he confused envy with love. Young boy mistake. As soon as he showed a crack in his armor, all those folks he thought was retweeting out of love showed their true feelings. He was super cocky without the skill to back it up. Drake is 50 times richer than him, but never threw his wealth in folks faces blatantly on social media. He gained his fans because he was always open about his feelings and shortcomings. It sounded corny to hip hop heads, but the average person can relate more to that than the tough guy flashing money and toys 24/7.

:smh::smh::smh:

I'm not sure how Drake gets a pass for this shit

Also Drake let a nigga pee on him and he aint do shit? :smh:

I'm just not understanding the shit :confused:
