What overall disdain for people? I haven't seen him attack anyone who hasn't attacked him. And remember you can't account for all the other smoke monster encounters. There were good and bad incidents with it. Plus the speculation that there could be multiple monsters. Did you not see all the names on the cave wall. There were mad names crossed out. If one were truly good why continue to bring people to the island to die and or possibly take your place. Flocke openly said he was once a man himself, he lost loved ones, he too is stuck on the island and desperately wants off. So you have to assume he may have been where Sawyer is now. And I wouldn't necessarily say Sawyer is evil. So for now I'll say Jacob and Flocke are on even keels. Cause you never know.

I just can't wait until all this shit is solved so I can sleep easy. A bruh could get an aneurysm thinkin about all this confusing shit:angry::angry: and im mad they didn't show one second of Claire and Jin
sidenote: I like how they changed the flash-forward/back/side noise to kinda sound like the smoke monster:lol:
 
too many questions....that little boy has to be aaron cause wasnt claire on the island last week when she shot them dudes? i cant figure out why he'd tell locke u know the rules...when locke has killed many occxasions as the smoke monster. its obvious tho that the smoke monster is bound/cursed to the island and is trying to get off.

What if the Koren guy is Jin's son?
 
Random observation.

i started watching Season 1 again. In Episode 4, Locke is the focus of the flashbacks.

In the scene where his manager is giving him a hard time while Locke is at his desk, Locke is entering numbers in an office calculator, the old school one with the roll of paper.
if you listen to the sound of the calculator as it prints onto the paper, it makes the same sound as the Smoke Monster.

So far the only things that I can see is theres a fountain of youth, electromagnetic activity, the ability of the island being able to move itself, and possibly the key to time travel. I've been watching since season 1. Theres still a lot of questions that need answering.

I dont think so cause Hugo and Sawyer were sitting directly across the aisle from one another.

I got a feeling its neither. Its probably their child.
I say that cause they're the only people Jacob visited while they were with their significant other that didn't die. Plus he blessed both of them. And the whole hoopla of Sun being pregnant on the island.
 
also, did anyone peep when Lockes girl said they would invite johns father to the wedding? So does this mean that John didnt get injured because of his father? Who invites their father to their wedding, after they threw him out of a window?

I thought that was a con man and not his real father.

He stole on Locke and got his kidney, Locke went to confront him about it afterwards and during that confrontation is when he pushed Locke out of the window.

what Korean guy? Miles? I don't think he's Korean and Miles (guy that is at the Temple) father is the guy that did the Dharma videos, he was also some sort of scientist I guess, he forced his wife and baby Miles to go on the sub and vanished after the "explosion"

The only assumptions I make about the Smoke Monste/Flocke is that it is a liar and manipulator. The disdain I spoke about earlier was first displayed during last season's finale when he said "they come, they fight, they corrupt, etc" Also when he was talking to Ben at the beginning of the season and he talked about what a pathetic person Locke was for whatever reason.

I think the scene where he chucked the white rock into the ocean let's you know which side he favors.

No, I know who Miles and his Father is. I'm talking about the guy at the temple; if you noticed when Jin and the rest of them got to the Temple the camera made it a point to get eye contact between them two.
 
I have to watch this epi again when I get off work to see if I can make more sense of this whole numbers thing. But here is something that someone brought to my attention today. Watch this scene from season 3.


Knowing what we know now, do y'all think that two smoke monsters were battling there? Or was that some other shit going on?

i have no clue, but i know ben was able to summon a smoke monster as well. also, Ilana said that whoever is in locke, is stuck there and cant take any other forms. so who appeard in the form of Alex when ben was judged at the temple?
