Though cranrab annoys the fuck out of me, I am not that type of dude. A few ocks were kind of funny, but I personally have an issue with seeing people embarrassed and exposed.

Seems like the owners of the Magic only are committed to spending money if they have Dwight or a franchise player.
The owners are not too happy that Otis picked up two players who are going down and are very very expensive.
So as the writers said imagine if they called them to ask why do they have another over hill player who is making over 15 million.
Again this is all about what they want.

If they want to retool I see that happening but if they are more interesting in saving money and rebuilding they might go another route.
Honestly LA is going to have to blow them away with their offer and take back a bad contract too.

This series is over. Cats talking about sweep the last four....da fuck.. when teams sweep other teams is illustrates that are overwhelming better than the other team and are playing great team ball and exploiting the weaknesses of the other team. The Mavs cause matchup problems for the Lakers.. those wont away regardless of how well the Lakers play....there is a reason that teams that go down 0-3 are 0 for 98... the team that has gone up 3-0 has done it for a reason...because they are clearly the better team and playing better basketball.
The only way the lakers come back is if Dirk and Kidd have freak accidents and dont play another minute.

Ive been thinking about how shitty the Celtics and Lakers have been all day today for some reason. A lot of teams...including my own have really shocked me.
I dont really dislike the Lakers organization..I just dislike Kobe and I wish him failure at all cost. But....Ill bet any of you money (small dollars
) that the Lakers wil win this series. I got this strange feeling for some reason that theyll win 4 straight and be the first team to come back to win a series after being down 3-0. After making history theyll be the fav to win the title once again. After they win the series Ill PM my paypal account.
I see others predicting the same thing. Think about it....no team has ever done it...but have any of those teams been as equipped as this current Lakers team? Also...keep in mind that the NBA wants the Lakers to come out the West...for the ratings.

if I had to bet money it would always go on the mavs ... the odds are too good ... I feel it too though that this might be the time a team in the NBA comes back from 0-3 .. Dallas have been known to choke ... and as I said in all my years of watching basketball this is the only team I think has what it takes to come back from 0-3

I remember watching that shit live.. massive meltdown. It has happened in MLB and NHL.... but never in the NBA. I just dont see this current Laker team pulling it off. The Lakers havent looked good in a couple of months. When the Spurs locked up the West, seems like the lakers just stop playing.
Also, the lakers have struggled all year defending on the perimeter. You cant have that problem against the Mavs... they will kill you...and the Mavs have been able to neutralize their big men...
then add the fact that Kobe has definitely lost a step and Dirk realizes that he cant be defended by anyone on the Lakers...

Yo..the Bynum interview was really telling.... He kept stressing players taking off and he kept discussing players not ROTATING on defense. Like I said, that critical 3 hit by Terry at the 2:02 as an example of that.... someone got lazy and didnt rotate and left a player wide open for a spot up 3 at a critical juncture at the end of the 4th
Man... Paul is not playing well... but he is not playing as bad as people are trying to make it.
he is shooting 46 percent from the field but he is only take 12 shots a game so it is not having that much of a negative effect on the team..
and yeah..he is getting blazed by Dirk..but so is everyone else out there.. gasol cant defend Dirk...he is a paint defender... he cant defend on the perimeter..
the lakers are losing because of the perimeter defense by their backcourt defender.

Like I said before... understandable when you have a great PG breaking down the defense or you have to chase around a player like Ray Allen around picks...and roll who also has a quick release.
but Kidd, Peja, and Terry were just spotting up and waiting for the pass.
the triple post offense can hide offensive inefficiencies, but the lakers are losing because of their offensive... all problems are on the defensive end

I already acknowledged that his numbers were down. He is also taking less shots per game so that affects his overall PPG numbers. But not down enough to put the blame on his shoulders solely. Kobe also has lowered offensive production in this series. However, I dont think his offensive production is the problem either.
Im telling you man...the problem is the perimeter defense.
yea i agree, Its not all gasol fault! Kobe's Fault, The whole team. Perimeter Defense and Trust! Bynum and Gasol were confused on a lot of plays
