Kobe did chuck up 29 shots. yeah he was 14/29 of shooting but still.. he would have really worked Gasol and Bynum to get them going like he has done in the past...
BGOL doesn't disappoint.
i saw someone who doesn't know much about basketball suggested that pau gasol was ass the whole game. what game was that person watching?
pau gasol had 15 points on only 10 shots, shooting 50%.
pau gasol had 11 rebounds, more than double any other fakers starter.
pau gasol had a TEAM high 7 assists.
and i know this is WAY WAY WAY over the head of fakers fans, but pau gasol also had the highest +/- of any fakers player.
but pau gasol was the problem tonight.

plenty of bizarre stuff too.
the double T with tyson chandler was unnecessary.
jason terry fouling lamar odom before half was DUMB.
refs made a horrible call on dirk nowitzki with ron artest. ron artest elbowed dirk nowitzki in the BACK OF THE HEAD. at a minimum it should've been a double T.
pau gasol clearly hit dirk nowitzki on the back of the head in Q4. that was NO flop by the euro.
how about that awesome clutch footwork by tobe? stumble bum fell into pau gasol during the handoff in Q4!
i'm glad you brought up tobe going 14-29 FGAs tonight.
i knew as long as tobe kept chucking up his bricks, the mavericks still had a chance. it was only a matter of time before tobe shot the mavericks back into the game.
Q3, fakers ahead by 9, tobe took 10 FGAs. pau gasol had only 3 FGAs in Q3. andrew bynum only had 1 FGA!
but i guess andrew bynum is too soft. or not physical enough. or didn't work hard enough to get to his spots?
i mean, those are the moronic rationalizations tobe apologists use for pau gasol, right?
Q4, fakers ahead by 7, tobe took 7 FGAs. pau gasol had 1 FGA. andrew bynum had 2 FGAs.
so in just the second half alone, tobe hoisted up 17 FGAs. together in the WHOLE GAME COMBINED, pau gasol and andrew bynum only got 18 FGAs!

They don't hear you though....
Bringing up what happened is Hating now.....
Don't you know?
If Kobe would have hit that final shot he would have been the man!!!
everyone is talking about dirk nowitzki, but it should be pointed out that the fakers scored off his poor defensive rotations SEVERAL possessions tonight.
in the first half, he was just about giving up as many as he was scoring.
but nobody topped tobe's clutch performance. i mean, 2 TOs and a missed FGA in the final 20 seconds? who could beat that?
Baby Bean trips over his own feet and knocks the ball out of Gasol's hands and its Gasol's fault of course. Bynum with the crazy illegal screen and Bean still takes a fall away 3, so clutch!
The Lakers didn't pound the ball down low very often, Andrew Bynum scoring eight points on three-for-eight shooting and Pau Gasol scoring 15 on five-for-10 shooting.
Bryant repeatedly said it wasn't his fault, pointing instead to the Lakers' reserves.
"It had nothing to do with me," he said. "I'm going to do what I do. I think the second unit, we've got to make a conscious effort to get the ball in to Pau and get the ball in to Andrew."
If Kobe would have hit that final shot he would have been the man!!!
Dallas has a lead with 19 seconds. I didn't see this shit coming. I didn't see it coming AT ALL.
Damn he shot that many? Seemed like he was much more efficient in that 2nd half though. He wasn't missing.
Is a rematch of the 2006 Finals looming?
Gasol is a straight bitch. He was ass this whole game.
Gasol almost had a triple-double![]()
Dude, Gasol cannot establish himself in the post. He gets pushed around too easily. I think we ALL know Kobe will chuck 'em up there if given the slightest bit of encouragement, but Pau Gasol gets pushed around easily on the block, then complains that he doesn't get touches. Whose going to to throw a post entry pass to someone getting manhandled down low?
This is one time numbers are deceiving. Kobe will pass Gasol the ball if he is able to establish position.
Kobe obviously didn't play a flawless game, but every single thing that goes wrong can't be his fault.
This is where you lose me again....
EVERY SINGLE THING?..
No one said that.
They were pointing out specific things.
You can't win as an individual and then lose as a team.
Kobe fans have to make up their mind.
Kobe hits that shot and you would have given him all the credit.

For the people saying kidd ain't shit need to remember that he comes up with clutch D whenever we need it.
Slow down homie, don't forget last year when Kidd was gonna "guard" Ginobili & Manu ate him alive. Last night was more of an indictment of Kobe & his desire to prove how great he is. Kidd played some hella good D late, but gahdamn he was fucking up early & often last night.
Dude, what difference does it make if he shoots the ball if his other go to guy won't do what's necessary to get the ball and score down low?
Don't ask me to explain Cran cuz you should know what I am talking about.
