The problem in Game 5 was that no one stepped up in the fourth quarter....Gasol, Artest, Odom was absent and so was fish...Kobe is not getting a decent look that late in the game after what he did in the 3rd so one of those guys need to step up

A lot of those shots in the 3rd came after 2-3 passes or the clock winding down iirc...

Funny thing is Lebron gets criticized for NOT doing what Kobe did

i see almost a day later that the chosen excuse for the Q3 gunning in G5 has now settled on the fakers "team" was playing like shit.

all those who have claimed this have PROVEN WITHOUT DOUBT that they do not watch games with comprehension. they have pointed to the fakers poor FG%. but for some strange reason have not also pointed to the fakers tremendous O rebounding, which goes hand in hand. so while many of the original shots were missed, many were followed up and converted.

maybe that's why the fakers only lost Q1 by 2 point.

maybe that's why the fakers only lost Q2 by 4 points.

they would have you believe that a 6 point deficit with half a game to play is a dire emergency that called for desperate measures.



sad for allegedly grown men to cape up so hard for another man that they have to concoct doomsday scenarios chock full of dire straits that never existed.

A VERY GOOD TEAM will beat a GREAT PLAYER in a 7 game series.

THe Paul Pierce thing would suggest that it was in fact the defense that didn't allow the Lakers to get back in the game and during that 3rd qtr stretch Rondo had two assists and two turnovers

Funny...that is the first thought that ran through my mind...especially if Boston wins and another starter doesnt really show up big.... the entire Bench has been very consistent for the most part, and that quarter 4 of game 4 was nice..you couldnt ask more of your bench than that..
