Google Nexus 6P review: Serious contender for mobile photography
Second only to the S6 Edge
Google may have finally done it
If you are on Tmobile and want VoLTE, look elsewhere (no band 12). Damn Google I was THIS close to that preorder.

with the fingerprint in the back yall aint going to use a case?
Just when I decide on the iPhone these assholes possibly get it right.
Good looks. so basically you can claim a new phone every year for the 2 years and only spend $240 and since their selling direct we won't be gauaged by the carriers.
i'm gonna get over this expandable memory thing. i've been good with 20-25 gigs on my M7 for 2 years nowjust gonna come out my pocket for the 128 gig.
htc's gonna take another hit if those speakers are as good as boomsound. we already know the camera is
Shit that sucks. Vo LTE is great. I love it on my S6.If you are on Tmobile and want VoLTE, look elsewhere (no band 12). Damn Google I was THIS close to that preorder.

Google and T-Mo said they're working to enable it. Sounds like they have to go through a certification process that's a bit more stringent for devices not sold directly thru T-Mobile
Phones aren't shipping for a few weeks anyway so hopefully it'll be added by then
so far, good results on the 6P camera

The only model i'd want costs $649....the whole plus for me with Nexus phones was them being cheaper without the need for a subsidy but fuck that...$700 bucks cash.....nah homie.
Yep saw this posted on Reddit in the T-Mobile sub:Google and T-Mo said they're working to enable it. Sounds like they have to go through a certification process that's a bit more stringent for devices not sold directly thru T-Mobile

I had already researched and made up my mind to go with the new Motorola X style/pure joint. Now I have to re-evaluate![]()

Couldn't be happier. Everything is working as I expected. Screen is big and bright. The speakers can get loud as ever. The Moto X actions and ambient screen are a nice additions on top of Android. Moto is one of the few OEMs to add something meaningful and useful to differentiate their Android devices, but keep the phone 99.99999% (you get what I'm saying) vanilla Android. The Moto also has an SD card slot and a big ass battery w turbo charging (over 12 hours of use without even thinking about charging). As far as complaints go, I wish it had wireless charging and a finger print reader. Some complain about the camera and the screen not being as great as other phones, but they serve the purpose I use them for, so I'm completely fine with them. How that Moto working for you?
Good question.. they didn't say anything about deductibles on stage. Will update this post when I find something
EDIT: Here it is... https://store.google.com/magazine/nexus_protect
It's easy to stay connected. File a claim with our partner Assurant® by phone or at mynexusprotect.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Claims are subject to a $79 deductible and up to 2 incidents of accidental damage coverage over 2 years.
There's a section for general info, FAQs, and details on Assurant, which manages the program for Google. You will eventually be able to file new claims and track existing ones via the My Nexus Protect website.
Nexus Protect costs $69 for the Nexus 5X and $89 for the Nexus 6P. It includes two replacements for broken devices during the two year term, each one with a $79 deductible. Defective phones will still be replaced as always, but you get next business day shipping on all replacements.
