I took the loss. Like I said, the loss wasn't shit. I actually expected for the Eagirls to come in and destroy us. I expected Vick to murder us. All in all we lost by 3 and we held Vick in check. Eagirls just are a better team than us this season. I can stomach the loss.

Dez took Miles spot long ago. Back when the Aint's decided to put a safety over the top to help out on Bryant all game while leaving Austin single covered and he still couldn't take advantage. Miles just needs Romo back. Its that simple. Miles is effective because of his route running and his timing with Romo. He doesn't have that same timing with Kitna.

As far as what's wrong with Miles his quarterback is out. Its that simple. Miles is effective due to the timing on his routes. A timing that Romo has perfect with him. Kitna doesn't. Kitna is good at check downs and screen passes.
But remember dude was dropping some pretty easy passes from romo this year like in the giants game before romo got hurt.

I don't see it as a lack of focus in regards to Miles. He's in his sophomore year as a starter. Those are usually down years. Give him a offseason and I think he should be fine. But right now Kitna and Miles have no timing and when they do connect Miles drops it.

Jerry said Barber will return but I have a feeling he's gone off his contract alone. Cowboys are going to be fucked when it comes to needing a running back who can block because Tashard and Felix are just TERRIBLE at it. I see why Tashard doesn't get any burn. When he's in the game he's in there to run. His blocking is even worse than Felix's and Felix doesn't even know how to pick up a blitz at all.
Roy may or may not be back. He's had a solid year. If he's gone its because of his contract. He may restructure. Its a shame Romo went out because he was on pace for 1,000 yards this year. Same for Miles.
Yea he was dropping passes but dude was averaging 100 yards a game. I don't care about a drop a game to be honest. Long as its not coming at crucial times and as long as he can still give us 100 yards. But he's not doing that and in part its due to who his quarterback is.

last years team was different than this years team. everyone is healthy and they have vick in the backfield. the philosophy is different as well. he's going to be able to get deep because mccoy is healthy and can run. that's the whole thing. pick your poison, BUT you see that if you do throw him a short pass or an end around he can take it all the way so he isn't a 1 trick pony. he scores in many different ways.
Like I said safety play sucks. That shit happened last year and he didn't break off on any passes on us. This year Jenkins goes for a deflection misses by a inch and the safety doesn't even react. That shit didn't happen last year. His thing is to catch and run away. And it works for him. No hate. But if he didn't have that speed would he still be effective? Don't think so. But he's a threat. VERY dangerous. And if your team doesn't have any safeties he's due 200 yards.
And you bring up Vick but Vick really didn't do shit. Our d actually dominated him. I thought he was going to murder us like he did the Deadskins.
And we need to bring Kitna back. He's a solid backup for a couple of games if Romo goes down.

vick did do shit, he did what he was supposed to do. he took the shots threw 1 bad pick 1 pick the wr should have caught. but vick did what he was supposed to do. he controlled the offense. him running for 100 yards or throwing for 400 yards wasn't what the game called for.
the offense isn't the eagles problem, the defense is.

Choice not getting any burn is inexcusable, barber on blitz pickup was good but choice/felix give you so much more. Miles was dropping passes at crucial moments and he is starting to have penalties that cost the team yards. As far as him having 100 yards a game that seems inaccurate or severely misleading.
