He is top 10 in his era but dude would get his ass beat fucking around with Tyson, Lewis, Holyfield, Foreman, Bowe, etc. He is just a regular cruiserweight to them. In that era he wouldn't have seen no parts of a heavyweight belt.

Dwight Muhammad Qawi, Hall of Fame boxer, dies at 72
Dwight Muhammad Qawi, a Hall of Fame fighter who took up boxing in prison and became a two-weight world champion, has died. He was 72.
Qawi's sister, Wanda King, said he died Friday following a five-year battle with dementia.
Born Dwight Braxton in Baltimore, he grew up in Camden. He competed in the boxing program at Rahway State Prison while serving a sentence for armed robbery and turned professional at age 25 soon after his release in 1978.
Qawi, who legally changed his name in 1982 following his conversion to Islam, stopped Matthew Saad Muhammad in the 10th round to win the WBC light heavyweight belt in December 1981. Qawi stopped Saad again eight months later, this time in six rounds.

I saw him and his family/team in my area the night of the fight coming out of his hotel. Initially, I didn't want to look like I was sweating for a pic w/ him but then I thought about it.... "F, that! I'm a TRUE boxing fan!" Took a pic but he was already in the vehicle. He told me to tune in 9:45pm to watch a surprising fight, and what do you know.... he KO's his opponent 1st round. I may post that pic.
