I don't see all the big boxing matches going to Riyadh but it looks like the big guys HW/CW/LHW will be mainly based in Riyadh for the big fights now. The small divisions basically Inoue division and lower will mostly be based in Tokyo. Vegas will still be the main site for all the big fights for the divisions in between those with DFW metro being the #2
