Anybody who says wilder is ducking is a fucking idiot. That's going to be the biggest heavyweight fight since Lewis v Tyson. It will generate 100s of millions. Why would he lock himself in at 40 million for that fight when he can make possibly 100 mil for that fight alone. If the fight is great he'll make 200 mil in the rematch.
