Nah, shakur doesn't deserve to fight Inoue and Shakur wouldn't last long because Inoue can move as well along with having power in his punches.

True, something was off because he never seem to be the same when it came time to fight. Everyone also blamed the car accident as well. But when he was sparring with his trainer, he didn't move right which people were saying he was drunk before that fight.
