Man, the need to regulate my sport. You should lose no more than 10 pounds for a fight. If you walking around at 160 junior middle is as far as you should lose weight.
Ive always been a strong believer if you can make the weight, you can fight. Still gotta showcase your skill. Its all relative.

Bruh, I feel you, but it you are too week to fight, then you should move up. Also, if they are as skilled as they say, then fight the next weight. Lossing all that weight is an advantage. Fight close to your natural weight and find out how good you are.
