Yeah, people don't really understand. It's time for Tomlin to go. His style is old and antiquated. His don't use the middle of the field approach so you don't turn the ball over is never a formula for winning. Its easier on the defense. He doesn't do a good job adjusting anymore. This is on Rooney at this point.
