i saw that crap too.
there was another instance at the end of the 3rd qtr where Was was lining up for a fg and the qtr ended. yet refs wouldn't acknowledge it. washington waited another 5 seconds and snapped the ball. kicker missed FG. i was like WTF? they corrected that one though.
