I don't know how valid this rumor is but if it isn't cap then I'm gonna be pissed as hell. Even though Toney looks like he spends as much time on IR as he does on the field, dude is very electric once he makes a catch and has a lil field to maneuver.

I know he hasn't shown up for voluntary camp and a lot is being made of it. Yeah it's voluntary but not a good look when you're coming into your 2nd year after not playing much during the 1st year and have a brand new coaching staff.

I've been saying this for years but you have too many offensive coordinators that want the quarterback to pigeonhole in their system and wonder why the quarterback didn't succeed.
Apparently this goes back to last season where he was doing stupid shit like not studying the play book. Coupled with injuries, questionable motivation & his fight where he punched an opposing player were all signs of concern. So him not showing up to voluntary camp after a season like that is definitely not a good look. 8 guess Schoen is trying to get ahead of any potential nonsense before it gets any additional chance to manifest into something worse & they end up stuck. Outside of Ojulari, last year's draft class was terrible
