but what station do you usually get with antenna, I figure abc, nbc, cbs but what other channels

I'm using my digital antenna now and the picture quality looks like 1080. Shit is crispy. You are right, you only get ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and a few other channels, but it's good insurance to have in case other TV options go out

A handful of Independent stations and the local networks substations, like ME TV that run old syndicated shows from back in the day.
I use my digital antennae for local channels and DirecTV Stream for the other channels. Definitely digital antenna looks better and crisper than cable or streaming.
Safe to say I can turn this shit off and Gon watch Harlem Nights now
