You are right, Jerry could have got a little more during the offseason, but Jerry still gets 4 to 6 players for 47 million he would have had to pay him.
Parsons has 1.5 sacks in 3 games, not worth 47 million, and they were not guaranteed any success with him.
It's only week 3, too early to be counting his tackles saying what he's not worth.
